Each person may hold only one registered ace365 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with the anti-fraud provisions of these Terms.
All financial transactions on ace365 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No third-party payments are accepted.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Full bonus terms are specified at the time each promotion is offered.

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ace365 ("ace365", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ace365 online gaming platform, website, and all associated services available at https://ace365.vu (the "Platform").
1.2 By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you affirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you additionally represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.
1.3 These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the ace365 Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may be published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.
1.4 ace365 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the ace365 Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. ace365 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18. If we have reason to believe that a registered account belongs to an underage user, we will immediately suspend the account pending age verification and may permanently close it.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the ace365 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside. ace365 makes no representations or warranties that access to or use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. If access to or use of the Platform is unlawful in your jurisdiction, you must not use the Platform.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or hold an active ace365 account: persons under the age of 18; persons who have previously been self-excluded from the Platform; persons whose accounts have been permanently closed by ace365 for violations of these Terms; employees of ace365 and their immediate family members; and persons acting as agents or representatives of any third party in connection with gaming activities on the Platform.
2.4 Verification. ace365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address from any registered player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate for age verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ace365 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ace365 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ace365 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held within them.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to keep that information current at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.3 Account Ownership. Your ace365 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by any person who gains access through your credentials — is your responsibility.
3.4 Username and Display Name. You may choose a username during registration, subject to ace365's right to reject usernames that are offensive, misleading, or that infringe third-party rights. ace365 reserves the right to change a username that violates this provision without prior notice.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ace365 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
4.2 You must notify ace365 immediately by contacting [email protected] if you know or suspect that your credentials have been compromised, that an unauthorised person has accessed your account, or that any transaction has been made on your account without your authorisation.
4.3 ace365 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, telephone, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from ace365 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.4 ace365 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet, and you access the Platform at your own risk in this regard.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. ace365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Bangladeshi payment channels, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ace365 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. ace365 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods or promotional periods, with notice provided on the Platform.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your ace365 account balance within minutes of confirmed wallet transaction. ace365 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider, network congestion, or force majeure events.
5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to fully verified accounts. To initiate a withdrawal, your account must have completed identity verification and your payment method must be registered in your own name matching the name on your ace365 account. ace365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or wallets.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing. ace365 endeavours to process withdrawal requests in a timely manner. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. ace365 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to releasing any withdrawal.
5.6 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment instruments that you are not authorised to use, is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud. ace365 cooperates with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected financial crimes.
5.7 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Funds credited as bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
6.1 ace365 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. The availability, terms, and duration of each promotion are specified at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus.
6.3 One Bonus Per Player. Each player is eligible to claim each promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in account closure.
6.4 Abuse of Promotions. ace365 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close the accounts of players who are found to have abused promotional offers — including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting loopholes or errors in bonus calculations; and placing bets designed to meet wagering requirements artificially without genuine play intent.
6.5 ace365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already legitimately credited to a player's account prior to the modification.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the ace365 Platform are subject to acceptance by ace365. ace365 reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, system error, or manifest pricing errors.
7.2 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to a clearly incorrect price, a technical glitch resulting in an erroneous payout, or a data feed error — ace365 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and to recover any winnings paid out as a result of the error, regardless of whether the error was immediately apparent.
7.3 Game Integrity. All casino games on the ace365 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by ace365 or any third party.
7.4 Disconnection Policy. ace365 is not responsible for bets lost or rounds interrupted due to internet disconnection on your side. Where a game round is interrupted due to a technical failure on the ace365 side, the round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's fair disconnection policy.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. ace365 may apply maximum single-session or single-bet win limits. Where applicable, these limits will be communicated on the relevant game page or in the promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum may be reduced to the cap amount.
7.6 Sports Betting. All sports bets are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — official match results as certified by the relevant governing body shall be used to settle bets. ace365 is not responsible for errors or delays in official result announcements by third-party data providers.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace365 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and will remain in effect for the duration you specify.
9.3 ace365 encourages players to set personal deposit and session limits as a preventive measure, regardless of whether they believe they have a gambling problem. These limits can be set at any time through your account dashboard.

10.1 All content on the ace365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of ace365 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
10.3 The ace365 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ace365. You may not use these marks in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ace365.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 ace365's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 ace365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ace365 shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet connectivity failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12.1 ace365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that: the player has violated any provision of these Terms; the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct; the player has provided false registration or verification information; or it is necessary to do so to comply with applicable law or a regulatory requirement.
12.2 Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. In cases where the account closure is not attributable to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.
12.3 You may close your ace365 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
13.1 ace365 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 ace365 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to operate the Platform, process payments, verify identity, and comply with legal obligations.

14.1 ace365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms on the Platform. Where amendments are material, ace365 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.3.
